He was always around when I needed anything at all. I have been doing this for 10 years and Bennett was the best program manager I’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond the call of duty every day and made me look like a rock star to all of my guests. And best of all, he did it with a smile on his face and calming words when I was stressing out.

Everything about the AAML meeting several weeks ago was a great success and the efforts by you and everyone at Cacique are what made it so.  (The weather helped, but I have been taking credit for that!)  The events at this meeting all were special and memorable, and especially each one of the nighttime events was different and yet equally enjoyable.  The music was great.  The food was spectacular.  The settings were all beautiful.  Everything was splendid.

More than a few members have said this was the best mid-winter meeting they’ve attended and even more say it was one of the very best they can recall in the past twenty years.  It would not have been so without your gracious and professional planning and execution.  I know you guys do this all the time (that shows — you know what you’re doing) but we have seen in past years how much variety there in in DMC’s in different locales.  Some companies are good and some are not.  Some just go through the motions and don’t deliver in the end.  Cacique is one of the very best DMC’s anyone in the AAML has dealt with.  I mean that sincerely.  Top notch in every respect.  You seem to get the big picture and you certainly give full attention to all the small details that go together to deliver a fantastic final product.

Everyone, of course, loved the final night’s festivities.  Fire dancers and the limbo!  Who wouldn’t enjoy it.  The kids had an especially good time, which is unusual in our experience.  Many members said they liked that aspect of it.  They enjoyed the show themselves, and they enjoyed watching the kids enjoy it.  There is not generally entertainment that appeals to all ages at most of these dances.  As a result of your success on our behalf, that may change in the future.  

There was also a special moment at the dance, and those of us who stayed until the end will long remember it.  I don’t know whether you were there.  One of the AAML lawyers got our his harp and played a blues riff with your band and it was great.  Everyone was thrilled with it.  I watched the band members while he was playing.  They got into the blues sound very smoothly, despite having played pop tunes earlier.  I think they enjoyed it, too.  I know I did, very much, along with everyone else who was there.

Thanks so much for everything you did.  It was a pleasure to work with you and to get to know you, and it was really a delight to seen the benefits of your labor come together in such a fine series of events.  

Transportation was great as well.  

And I would not want to forget to mention Fabian, especially.  He worked the whole week and was tremendous throughout. Everyone at Cacique was superlative.  Five Stars, guys!

“As soon as I received the thrilling news that we were hosting Engage!19 Baha Mar, I knew we had to partner with Cacique. Being a former host and attendee, I understood the high level expectations and also the opportunity to showcase our SLS brand, the Bahamian culture, and a chance to inspire the most elite and talented in the industry. Cacique delivered above and beyond my expectations! Starting with designing a modern take on the Bahamian Junkanoo traditions to give the guests a proper Bahamian welcome. Every detail came together from the dueling DJs in Junkanoo booths, to custom built live performance platforms in the SLS Signature pool. The evening escalated with the Junkanoo Band Performance. Guests were coming up to me afterwards completely wowed by the evenings authentic energy and excitement.

When drafting my vision for our SLS Roof Top Breakfast Events for Engage!19, Cacique knew instantly what I wanted to accomplish. It was like they finished my sentences for me along the way. But the final production brought tears to my eyes. Good tears!!

I can think it, and dream it, but I need the talent of Cacique to bring it to life. Team Cacique worked tireless hours to ensure every detail was ironed out. Even working through inclement weather and around the clock. I was elated to see the commitment and dedication to ensure our story was told and together we created inspiring and memorable events. I’m so thankful for SLS Baha Mar’s partnership with Cacique, as Shawn recently said to me, “it feels like family!” And that is what Engage! is all about.”
